All registration fees include VAT 19%.
* Members are considered those participants who can prove the payment for the current year for the membership fee of any organizing society, respectively: The Romanian Association for Endoscopic Surgery, The European Society of Surgery and The Romanian Society for Metabolic Surgery.
The participant registration fee includes:
(1) Access to the meeting venue
(2) Name badge & printed mini-brochure including the scientific program
(3) Access to the specialized medical exhibition
(4) Access to coffee breaks
(5) Electronic participation document with CME credits issued by the authorized institutions.
*Students will be granted an electronic certificate of attendance without CME credits.
Note:
Participants who are on the companies / agencies group lists have the obligation to personally fill in the online registration form and to express their agreement / disagreement regarding the personal data processing. If agreement will not be offered in the registration form, the group participants will be unable to attend the event, to receive information about RAES 2025 National Congress, with the Organizers being unable to submit the necessary information to the authorized accreditation institutions.
All payments regarding registration can be done either by bank transfer, or online, using the EuPlătesc system available in the online registration form.
Payments by postal orders will not be accepted.
Online payment
Online payment, by card, is available in the online registration form, in the Payment Methods step, through EuPlătesc.ro.
After selecting this payment method, you will be redirected to a secured window to fill in the card coordinates and finalize the payment.
If you made the payment online, it is not necessary to send the proof of payment to the Congress PCO – Ralcom Exhibitions srl.

All bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at source, in addition to the registration fees.
After finalizing the bank transfer payment, please be so kind as to send a copy of the document proving the payment to the Congress PCO – Ralcom Exhibitions srl, by e-mailing it at registration@arcecongres.ro.
Please write the NAME of the participant on the payment document, along with the name of the events, respectively “RAES 2025”.
Registration cancellation & refunds – terms & conditions
The cancellation and refund conditions below are valid only for individual registrations.
For group registrations requested by partner companies / travel agencies, the general terms and conditions of cancellation / refunds are specified in the promoting services offer, as well as in the services contract, documents provided by the PCO company – Ralcom Exhibitions srl.
Registration cancellation before 15 July 2025:
The Organizers will withhold from the registration fee the amount of:
• 50 Euro (VAT included) / physicians members & non-members
• 30 Euro (VAT included) / residents members & non-members
• No cancellation fee will be applied for students.
Registration cancellation starting with 16 July 2025:
There will be no refunding of the registration fees.
Registration fee refunds
The amount corresponding to the cancelled registration fees (according to the cancellation policies mentioned above) will be reimbursed by the Organizers in maximum 30 (thirty) days after the event has ended.
Registration to the RAES 2025 National Congress will be done exclusively online, by filling in the registration form available below.
• Deadline for participant’s change or replacement: 01 August 2025; after this date, no other changes / replacements will be accepted.
• The Organizers will charge 30 EURO (VAT included / participant, except for nurses and students, for whom there will be no charge).
• The registered participant shall inform the PCO company – Ralcom Exhibitions srl on the cancellation / change / replacement by sending an e-mail at registration@arcecongres.ro.
